The 4 months of Classroom Training is divided in two semesters of 2 months each. The course curriculum for the 2 terms would be:

Term I

Loan Eligibility

Requirements

Candidates may choose to avail an Education Loan from HDFC Bank. However, if they wish they can avail an Education Loan from any other Financial Institution of their choosing.

All selected candidates for HDFC Bank's Future Bankers Program can avail education loan basis the below-mentioned criteria:

  • Selection in to

  • Age: 21-28
    years

  • Qualification: Full
    time graduation
    (any stream)

  • Co-applicant (guardian/
    parents/ spouse/parents in
    law of student) is mandatory

  • Loan Amount:
    Course Fee + Applicable levies

  • Rate of Interest:
    11.75% p.a.

  • Moratorium period:
    12 months

A Stamp Duty and Processing Fee of 1% of the sanctioned loan amount will be charged to the candidate additionally.

    signed by all the applicants

HDFC Bank’s prescribed process for application and disbursement of loan will be applicable and final for this facility.

Job Overview

Overall Goal: Personal Banker: Sales

You become the primary banker for Classic relationships and maximize the share of wallet of customers in your portfolio.

You will be responsible for Classic portfolio management by acquisition of new Classic customers and enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers, acquiring family accounts and deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers.
